This Privacy Policy applies to the Tanuki app for digital devices (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) created by the Tanuki developers (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

Service Provider will retain User-Provided Data while you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. The service provider will not knowingly collect or request information from children under the age of 13 without their parents’ consent. This App is not intended for children under the age of 13 who register without parental consent, and Service Providers will not knowingly allow such children to register without parental consent. Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information that Service Provider processes and maintains.
